New team members are required to receive policy and procedure orientation prior to first field assignment. Team members will also receive OSHA-10 safety certification training.
All team members performing in supervisory positions are required to receive OSHA-30 safety certification training prior to assignment. Many of our clients consider this training mandatory.
All team members performing in supervisory roles are required to receive competent person qualification training. These include fall protection, excavation, confined space, etc.
All team members performing in supervisory positions are required to receive and maintain current CPR certification.
All team members are required to demonstrate documented heavy equipment operation competency before being allowed to operate.
All team members are required to demonstrate documented specialty tool use competency before being allowed to operate.
These classes are scheduled and conducted as needed. Typical class length is one week. New one-day re-certification classes are scheduled for March 2018 for JRC team members who hold a current ASSE 6010 license.
BFP certification classes are available in 2018. Typical class length is three days then a DPOR tradesman license exam will follow. We are now completing the final certification process for five additional JRC team members who completed training in February.
This can be LG VRF systems, specialty piping systems and related equipment, etc. Some training sessions are performed over several days with some held at out-of-state locations.
